Unser Kunde, ein aufstrebendes Unternehmen aus der Luftfahrtbranche am Standort Weßling, sucht zum nächstmöglichen Termin eine Spezialist Rechnungswesen (m/w/d).

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie:

• Take charge of processing the received incoming documents and initiate payments of invoices, expenses and dunning letters
• Reconciliation of credit card and management of vendor payments to ensure Lilium honours the payment terms
• Help to develop and manage the day to day purchasing and payables cycle, including the development and implementation of new systems and processes
• Working closely with internal budget holders, colleagues and suppliers to convert incoming data into correct, timely and authorised payments
• Maintain accounting records relating to payments
• Maintain the professionalisation of our purchasing and payables processes and controls, while not compromising the agility and flexibility advantages of our dynamic culture
• Work on any ad hoc projects or tasks
  

Das bringen Sie mit:

• Min. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent understanding of finance, commercial and contracts, and internal controls is required
• Experience with DATEV is required
• Experience with ERP-Systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle or Navision) is required
• Knowledge of the german HGB is a must
• Good MS-Office knowledge (especially Excel) is a must
• Able to take responsibility and use excellent communication skills to solve problems
• Strong motivation and ability to build, implement and maintain structures and processes
• Highly organised, pragmatic and committed to finding and delivering high quality outcomes
• Experience with German VAT is beneficial
• Fluent English and German language skills are essential, any other language would be beneficial
